This quote by Viktor E. Frankl has guided me through life. It expresses my attitude towards life. And also towards work.
To me it is about making deliberate decisions and acting in the here and now. It is about personal accountability, a positive attitude and the certainty that you can find meaning in every situation. I have the choice to seize opportunities and to make something out of anything that comes your way.
My work with people is based on my conviction that every person is capable of continuous development, learning and taking accountability of guiding one’s life.
With this in mind, I consult, train and coach individuals, groups and teams and contribute to the development of the entire organization.

Arnaldo has always been curious about how we reach judgements, conclusions and decisions – and what influences us in this process so significantly, if not even beyond measure, without us even noticing. He was the founder of the “TSOT – THE SCHOOL OF THINKING“, which examines these phenomenas and is always based on the premise that thinking is only possible with language and that it is our language that shapes our thinking.
We keep Arnaldo in our hearts and remember him as not only the founder of DiaLogos but also as the provocateur for organizational development, expert in thought and behavioral patterns, such as organizational aesthetics and complexity and the true mastermind of THE SCHOOL OF THINKING (TSOT).
We are missing him.
Meaning and aesthetics
To us, meaning (logos) represents bringing to fruition what is valuable and important here and now. Viktor E. Frankl’s existential analysis forms the foundation.
Aesthetics explores the question how we can perceive with all our senses and thereby tap into our sphere of influence.
Courage and openness
Courage is individual. Courage manifests itself when we successfully leave our comfort zone. We need this courage to shape our future proactively.
Discovering, trying out, thinking things through, exchanging, dealing with contradictions. This is openness. It is a guarantee for development and change.
Individuality and diversity
Each person is unique. With this attitude, we approach the topics we work on and implement with our customers.
Individuality creates diversity. It is the key to dealing with complexity. The more diversity, the higher is our probability of survival. This also applies to organizations.
Freedom and responsibility
No freedom without responsibility.
Assuming responsibility for oneself and one’s actions, means gaining freedom over one’s sphere of influence. This requires autonomous, self-reliant people with an affinity for networking.
