Seeding and harvesting Organizational Aesthetic

 

When starting an organizational aesthetic project it does make sense to ask yourself the following questions:

  1. What do we mean by aesthetic, aesthetic experience, and beauty?
  2. How can aesthetic contribute to the value of our organization, our stakeholders, and our sphere of influence?
  3. How can we combine aesthetic value with individual as well as organizational values, and thus contribute to the beauty of our organization?

After gaining clarity related to questions 1-3 it will be crucial to refine the perceptive and sensory faculties of the people, and the outcomes of organizational communication by following the structure of The DIALOGOS BeauTree Model (see graphic).
